Method-1 (By disabling update check of IDM)

1. Open Regedit
2. Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DownloadManager
3. Select CheckUpdtVM and edit its value to 0.
   (you can directly do this by opening this reg file)

Method -2 (By renaming IDMGrHlp.exe file)

1. Browse to the IDM installed directory of you pc. (let’s assume its in C:\Program Files \Internet Download Manager)
2. Now delete the file: IDMGrHlp.exe
3. Now copy idmBroker.exe file and paste it in the same folder as the new filename will be idmBroker – Copy.exe.
4. Rename idmBroker – Copy.exe to IDMGrHlp.exe
   (or you can directly replace the IDMGrHlp.exe with this IDMGrHlp.exe file)
